CHOCOLATE FROSTY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

CHOCOLATE FROSTY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup cannellini beans

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 to 2 Medjool dates (depending on desired sweetness)

  • 1 cup ice

  • 2 tbsp sunflower butter

  • 30g hemp protein

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Dash of salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend all ingredients on high until smooth

  • Top with dairy-free yogurt (optional)

  • Garnish with chocolate shavings (optional)
