I am always looking for new and unique ways to fit more fruits and vegetables into my day, and this legume-free hummus is no exception. A base of cauliflower and avocado is delightfully seasoned with garlic and basil to make a dip perfect for snacking or even AIP entertaining. It whips up quickly in your food processor and freezes well—perfect for meal prepping!

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in your food processor and run on high until smooth

  • Feel free to add more olive oil, garlic, salt, and/or water as needed

  • Enjoy!
