NUTRITION NOTE
Raw radishes are a surprisingly super nutritious vegetable. This small but mighty root vegetable is part of the brassica family of vegetables, which boast high levels of a sulfur-rich phytochemical called sulforaphane. Sulforaphane helps protect cells from DNA damage, which may help to reduce the risk of cancer!
